Basement Flood

This is a picture of a Flooded basement that was as a result of a sum-pump failure. There was a lot of silt and debris that was pushed up. The water was approximately two inches deep. Our crews came in and extracted all of the water. The crew also power washed the concrete, then mopped and then uses the antimicrobial treatment in all the areas. They then dried the structure to normal humidity and temperature. The customers were very happy with the outcome. The had thought that they would lose all their contents. It was a job well done by our crew at SERVPRO of ENC!
