Water Damage
This customer suffered a water damage from a sump pump failure. When our crews arrived on the job, the basement area was soaking wet. The customer had a lot of content in the basement to which had been affected by the water and was damaged. Our crews work very hard to remove all the content . They then extracted the excessive water from the area . The crew set up fans and dehumidifiers to properly dry out the area. The crew worked very hard at making sure the customers basement was properly cleaned up and dried. The customers was very happy with the effectiveness of our SERVPRO crew.
